Larry Gilbert

Larry Gilbert, a Maine native, now lives in Tampa, Florida. He is a social media specialist for a large publicly traded global drug research company. He is a member of the Promo Team for the Super Bowl LV Champion, Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL.

Prior to this, he was the first audience engagement editor for one of the largest daily newspapers in Maine. He began his career in media working for the ABC affiliate (WMTW-TV) in Portland, Maine. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Southern Maine and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Video and Multimedia Technology. He was awarded the Unsung Hero by the Maine Press Association in 2019.

In his spare time, he is an avid runner, having run three marathons and several half-marathons. He is a retail investor. He enjoys sports, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and of course, listening to podcasts.

He is a pioneer in podcasting, having started his first podcast — Amore podcast — in 2007 when most didn’t even know what a podcast was at the time.

Over the years he has interviewed well-known influencers of their industries on his podcast including Marcus Lamonis, Andy Grammer, Tom Patterson, Josh Altman and many more.
